When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number and expect your order to arrive 3-5 days after the processing period.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of creating hand-crafted goods, we do not provide refunds. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event that a mistake has been made on our behalf.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact acwilliams@bnrcandleco.com with an image of the product, your name, and your order number within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
What are the best candle care practices?
We love this question! Here at B&R we are passionate about setting your candle up for success, with that being said, please always follow these candle tips! Prior to your first burn make sure you prepare, trim your wick to roughly ¼’’ , be sure to allow your candle a full melt pool, keep out of reach of children and/or pets, always burn within sight, always remove all packaging prior to burning, and do not burn for more than 4 hours. Candles may discolor or fade when they are exposed to intense light for extended periods as well if stored in warm or humid areas. We do not recommend displaying your candles for long periods in direct sunlight, fluorescent lighting or others strong illumination.
Do you offer samples of your scents?
Yes! Reach out to us via the contact tab or email acwilliams@bnrcandleco.com requesting tealight sample scents. All samples are on us when you cover shipping costs. In addition, with every purchase you will receive a free tealight sample. If there is a scent you’d prefer your sample to be please reach out via email with your order number for the hook up!
